Group Therapy

Can be a powerful change agent. When a cohesive group of individuals comes together around a common struggle, the support and growth can be highly impactful. There are no current open groups. If you have interest in a group topic, please feel free to contact Alison.

Family Therapy

The most effective modality when your struggle is relational. Life is filled with relationships. Navigating through relationships, whether that be with a partner, a child, a parent, or a sibling, can be very gratifying and also very challenging. Family therapy can help you and your family relate and communicate more effectively.
